In the middle of the village lies Hafslovatnet, which is rich in trout. Eikum Hotell has its own private beach, "Smeagarn", and here we also have a few boats for rent. 

Jostedalsbreen is the largest glacier on the European continent. Jostedalen Breførarlag organizes tours on the glaciers Nigardsbreen and Fåbergstølsbreen.
