The family of 5 had many great work experiences growing up, and the 3 children got the service with their mother's milk. There were good meetings with exciting guests from different cultures, lots of good food, many handsome people working at the hotel and lots of fun and games, in addition to, after a while, hard work.
Ståle is a trained chef, and has studied at the Norwegian Hotel College in Stavanger. He has solid industry experience from Norwegian and German hotels, including the SAS hotel in Oslo, Storefjell Høgfjellshotell and SAS Plaza Hotel Hamburg.
