Britastova, December 2024.
While it may be bitter and cold in the winter outside, it is always warm and cozy in our cozy lounges inside the hotel.
Britastova, named after the great-grandmother Brita of the current owner, Ståle, is a very cozy living room, with a library, TV and piano available for our guests. This room is also our most popular party room for confirmations, christenings etc.

Our dining room, which seats 150 people, is a perfect base for large parties, social dancing or the traditional Fleskadansen, which Sogndal Trekkspelklubb arranges with us every winter. This year, the Fleskadansen is Saturday, January 31st, from 7:30 PM - 12:30 AM, and the dance music is provided by the accordion clubs in Luster, Lærdal/Årdal and Sogndal.

We of course also have our traditional celebration of Mother's Day this year, and the date is Sunday, February 8th.
As usual, we offer traditional food, on a buffet with both cold and hot dishes, as well as a dessert table. Of course, we also offer our exciting children's buffet, traditions are meant to be followed.
We recommend booking a table, as it was quite full last year….

Winter weekend with Hafslo Village Association March 6th - 7th.
On Friday, March 6th in the evening, the village association has planned an event with Peder Amandus Danielsen from the TV series “Team Pølsa”. This is in conjunction with Winter Day, which takes place the following day, Saturday, March 7th. Then, Hafslo city center and Sogn Ski Center at Heggmyrane will be filled with many activities, life and excitement, and as usual, there will be After Ski with us afterwards.
