We've been arranging Christmas parties for more than 50 years and see no reason to break the tradition this year... The pre-Christmas period at Eikum is idyllic, with lots of good food and a Christmas-decorated hotel both inside and out.
From mid-November onwards, we offer freshly cooked ribs with crispy rind, cabbage, vegetables and genuine, homemade brown sauce. Of course, we also offer pinnakjøt, boiled potatoes and turnip mash, delicious meatballs and Christmas sausages.
Of course, we also offer a smorgasbord in addition to hot Christmas food, for those who want it. There are many temptations in the form of cold food on our Christmas tables, and typical Christmas cold cuts, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, cured meats and roast beef are of course included.
For dessert, we of course recommend our specialty, Himmelpudding, in addition to many other goodies on the dessert table.
