I've been organizing Christmas parties for over 50 years, and see no reason to break tradition this year...

From mid-November onwards, we offer freshly cooked ribs with crispy rind, cabbage, vegetables and genuine, homemade brown sauce. Of course, we also offer pinnakjøt, boiled potatoes and turnip mash, delicious meatballs and Christmas sausages.

For dessert, we of course recommend our specialty, Himmelpudding, in addition to many other goodies on the dessert table.
